Below are some of our current projects.[\/lead]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ef.engr.utk.edu\/ef151p-2018-01\">EF 151 Flipped Lecture Pilot (Spring, 2018)<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/sandbox-dev.utk.edu\/engage\/community\/\">Engage Living and Learning Community<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/risingengefaculty.wordpress.com\/\">Rising Engineering Education Faculty Experience &#8211; NSF EAGER<\/a>:<\/strong> This NSF-funded project connects PhD students in engineering education with faculty in technical engineering departments for a semester-long internship. The goals of the project are to help graduate students develop change agent skills while broadening the reach of engineering education across the US.<\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/tickle.utk.edu\/transcend\/\">Transfer Success Co-Design in Engineering Disciplines: NSF S-STEM<\/a>:<\/strong>\u00a0This NSF-funded project was created to increase the retention and success of transfer students into the Tickle College of Engineering by providing scholarship money as well as increase socio-academic integration through structured programming for transfer students.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Understanding Use of Scholarly Sources to Improve Engineering Education (UUSSEE):\u00a0<\/strong>This project seeks to understand how the engineering disciplines use scholarly sources in order to develop instructional tools for teaching engineering students how to better use library resources in line with disciplinary needs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[lead]The faculty and staff of the engage&#x2122; program lead the way with innovative teaching practices for engineering.
