Associate Professor of Law
Brian Krumm is an expert in commercial law, contract law, entrepreneurial law, sports law, corporate governance, intellectual property and public policy. He has held senior management positions in the Tennessee Valley Authority’s Office of the General Manager and Office of Finance. He also served in the Tennessee state government as assistant commissioner of employment security, deputy commissioner of labor and a policy advisor to the governor.
